Referral Radar Terms of Service
Welcome to Referral Radar! By accessing and using our platform, you (“User” or “Subscriber”) agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
1. Subscription & Billing
1.1 Monthly Billing – Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
1.2 No Refunds – Payments are final, and no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial months or unused service periods.
1.3 Subscription Access – If payment is not received, your access to Referral Radar will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
1.4 Automatic Renewal – Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next billing date.
2. Account Use & Restrictions
2.1 Single User Access – Login credentials may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple individuals. Each user must have their own account.
2.2 Agency Plans – Agencies purchasing multiple seats must assign unique logins to each team member. Sharing credentials among non-registered users is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Account Security – Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized access due to shared credentials may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Use of Agency Name & Logo
3.1 Marketing & Promotion – By using Referral Radar, you grant us permission to display your agency’s name and logo on our website and marketing materials. If you wish to opt out, you must submit a written request to hello@referralradar.com
4. Platform Access & Termination
4.1 Service Availability – Referral Radar reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Account Suspension – We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized login sharing, payment failures, or misuse of platform data.
4.3 End of Access – If your subscription is canceled or terminated, access to the platform will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point it will be automatically revoked.
5. Fair Use & Data Restrictions
5.1 No Data Scraping or Automated Access – Users may not use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access, collect, or extract data from Referral Radar.
5.2 No Resale or Redistribution – Users may not resell, share, or redistribute any data or insights obtained from Referral Radar to third parties.
5.3 Proper Use – Referral Radar is designed to enhance referral networking for insurance professionals. Any use of the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unethical business practices is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership – All content, branding, data, and software within Referral Radar are the exclusive property of Referral Radar and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.
6.2 License to Use – Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use Referral Radar for business purposes only during their active subscription.
7. Compliance with Laws
7.1 Legal Use – Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while using Referral Radar.
7.2 Privacy & Data Regulations – Users may only use data from Referral Radar in compliance with relevant privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Misuse of personal or business data is strictly prohibited.
8. Indemnification
8.1 User Responsibility – You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Referral Radar, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from misuse of the platform or violations of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Guarantees – Referral Radar provides market insights and data, but we do not guarantee specific referral outcomes, business growth, or financial results from using our platform.
9.2 Liability Limit – Referral Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 Jurisdiction – These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee.
10.2 Dispute Resolution – Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tennessee unless otherwise required by law.
11. Privacy Policy
11.1 Data Collection & Usage
We collect user data such as name, agency information, contact details, and usage patterns to improve platform functionality. We do not sell user data to third parties.
11.2 Security
Referral Radar implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee complete protection from cyber threats.
11.3 Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and tracking tools to improve user experience. By using Referral Radar, you consent to our use of cookies.
11.4 Third-Party Integrations
Referral Radar integrates with third-party services such as CRMs and AMS platforms to enhance user experience. While we provide integration instructions, we do not assist in setting up integrations or provide technical support for third-party systems. Users are responsible for configuring and maintaining their integrations. Additionally, users should review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party services before connecting them to Referral Radar.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1 Updates – Referral Radar reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12.2 User Notification – We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

14. Right to Refuse Service

14.2 Account Denial or Termination – We may deny account creation or terminate an existing account if we determine that the user’s activities could negatively impact the platform, our business operations, or other users.
14.3 No Obligation to Disclose Reasons – Referral Radar is not obligated to disclose the specific reason for denying or terminating service.
